1. How to track order shipment(s)?

The tracking code is a unique code associated with your order that links to the courier service shipping your order. It will appear on the Order Details page once the order has been shipped. You may click on the tracking code to view the shipping information on the courier service's website.

2. Why was order split into separate shipments?

Orders may be split into separate shipments, if it some items have a later release date, or if the full shipment is too bulky. When we slip your shipments, you will not be charged for any extra fees.

3. E-Invoice

E-Invoice will be sent to your email address. A Packing List without showing any dollar amount will be included in your order.

4. Pay taxes on products ordered?
