A. HOW TO TRACK ORDER SHIPMENT(S)?
The tracking code is a unique code associated with your order that links to the courier service shipping your order. It will appear on the Order Details page once the order has been shipped. You may click on the tracking code to view the shipping information on the courier service’s website.
B. WHY WAS ORDER SPLIT INTO SEPARATE SHIPMENTS?
Orders may be split into separate shipments, if it some items have a later release date, or if the full shipment is too bulky. When we slip your shipments, you will not be charged for any extra fees.
C. E-INVOICE
E-Invoice will be sent to your email address. A Packing List without showing any dollar amount will be included in your order.
D. PAY TAXES ON PRODUCTS ORDERED?
Customs policies vary by country and the shipment may be subject to customs-related fees. When you order from bighornhk.com Website and have the shipment delivered to an overseas address out of Hong Kong, you are considered the importer of the purchased products and may be responsible for any customs-related charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Except any customs-related fees, the shipment may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling fees incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. You are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.
7. RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from Winky International Ltd are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
8. REFUSED DELIVERY
Refused deliveries are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge plus the cost of return shipping.
9. PRICING ERRORS
Due to human error, our Websites may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, Winky International Ltd cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer before the shipment is made. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.
10. RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF THE MATERIALS IN OUR WEBSITES
The compilation of contents in our Websites is the exclusive property of Winky International Ltd and may not be used for any purpose other than browsing, shopping, and using the services and information provided for your own private use. Additionally, the names and logos of BIG HORN and may not be used by any party other than Winky International Ltd without express written consent.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, or modify any portion of the Websites. This restriction includes copying, reproducing, or modifying any names, trademarks and logos which Winky International Ltd own or have the right to use.
Material can be downloaded onto one computer for personal, non-commercial use only, provided copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices are not changed or deleted. Any modification of the materials on our Websites or use of them for any other purpose will violate our intellectual property rights (and probably the intellectual property rights of some other parties).
Everything you download, including but not limited to files, images and data, remains our property. That means that we retain full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated intellectual property rights. These include (but are not limited to) damages or injury caused by any use of (or inability to use) our Websites or any other site to which you hyperlink or share link (as described above) from our Websites, failure of performance, error, omission, inaccuracy, interruption, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, or line failure.

Winky International Ltd’s corporate headquarters are located in Hong Kong, and our E-Services operations, including the most substantial portion of the operational control of, and merchandising for, these Websites is also located in Hong Kong. We in no way imply that the materials on our Websites are appropriate or available for use outside of the Hong Kong. If you use our Websites from locations outside of the Hong Kong, you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. In addition, you may not use or export the materials in violation of Hong Kong export laws and regulations.
14. ADDITIONAL POINTS ABOUT THE TERMS OF USE OF THIS USER AGREEMENT
These terms of use and the agreement they create, shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of Hong Kong. Winky International Ltd reserve the right to bring any civil action in Hong Kong, arising from your violation of the terms of use of this Agreement.
If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Winky International Ltd may modify these terms of use, and the agreement they create, at any time, simply by updating this posting and without notice to you. This is the entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed in the preceding paragraphs.
15. CANCELLATION
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to cancel or make any changes to your order. This includes not being able to change the delivery address. Therefore, before you process your payment, please check carefully to ensure everything is in order.
16. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER
Once you have placed your order, we shall send you an email acknowledging the receipt of your order. This email is only a confirmation of receipt of your order and does not constitute an acceptance of your order. Your order will be accepted when we send you an email to confirm the goods have been dispatched to you.
We may in our discretion refuse to accept an order from you for any reason, including unavailability of supplies or shipping restriction etc.
17. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
The information on this site is believed to be complete and reliable; however, the information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other errors or inaccuracies. Errors will be corrected as soon as practicable. 18. CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for the import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.
19. RETURNS & EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused goods for an exchange or return within 7 calendar days of receiving your merchandise, subject to the following conditions:
RETURNS / EXCHANGE requirements:
- Item must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, original tags, warranty cards (if any), and all accessories. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
- Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact.
- Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack have to be returned as a whole set.
- The return shipping cost will be at your expense.
- Refunds are not available on all items. In particular, refunds are not available for sales and discounted items. All discounted items are NOT acceptable to refund.
- Shipping fees are nonrefundable. If shipment was in free of charge, we will charge you back the cost of the shipment, and deduct that from the refund process.
- If you return a defective product, we will examine the returned product by the photos in advance for evaluation. You have to email them to us at cs@bighornhk.com, we will tell you what to do next.
- We cannot accept returns in any of our international stores or agents. We will suggest you to check with the agent or stores.
- Customers are allowed to exchange once per purchase transaction. However, the shipping cost for the returns, and the shipping cost for the new item should be responsible by the customer, including the tax and duties, etc.
- If the price of exchanged product is lower than the returned product (subject to the most updated price), the difference in amount will not be refunded. If the price of exchanged product is higher than the returned product (subject to the most updated price), please mention that on the Return & Exchange Form, and email us at cs@bighornhk.com, we will tell you what to do next.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Click here to download a Returns & Exchange Form. Simply complete all of the details on this form and took the photo of the item (including packaging, parcel box, carton box, invoice, and airway bill, etc), and then send them to cs@bighornhk.com for confirmation of the return.
After getting the confirmation from BIG HORN customer service, please print out the replied mail and pack it with the item, and then send them via Registered Post or courier to the below address:
